meetup_logo_500Attention Americans and Brits in Toronto: it’s time to meet up with fellow expats.

Both the Toronto Expat American Meetup Group and the Toronto Expat Brit Meetup Group are hosting events this week.

Got your (U.S.) taxes done? This Wednesday (April 21), the Toronto Expat American Meetup Group is organizing an “After Tax Filings and Spring Cheer” get-together. Check their website for the location and other details.

On Friday, April 23, the Toronto Expat Brit Meetup Group is holding a St. George’s day pub quiz. It’s at 8pm at the Wolf & Firkin, 43 Elm Street.

    Hi There,

I’m contacting you from the CBC here in Toronto. We’re looking to interview an American expat who once lived in Texas (somewhere in the deep south) who can talk to us about surviving this kind of heat in a news story we’re working on for tomorrow night’s show.

If they’re living in Toronto and would like to chat with us, please send me an email with that information!

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks!
    Claire
