With everyone watching their pennies these days, a Montreal restaurant has come up with a creative approach to bringing in business — der “Pay What You Want” lunch.

Zwischen 11 am and 3 pm, Montag bis Freitag, Taverne Crescent (1433 rue Crescent, als. 514/845.1888) is letting its customers decide what their lunches are worth. Patrons wählen ihre Mahlzeit aus der täglichen festes Menü, and when they’re done, sie zahlen, was sie wollen.
