RedHotCondosRelocating to Toronto? Looking for a place to live?

The New York Times recently featured a duplex apartment for sale near Toronto’s financial district. It’s in the District Lofts building at 388 Richmond Street West.

To get a detailed picture of the neighborhood, check out the City of Toronto’s really useful neighborhood profile site. The building is in Ward 20: Trinity-Spadina.

This snazzy-looking two-bedroom condo is listed at CAD$1,175,000. That’s quite a bit higher than the average Toronto apartment.

In January 2010, the Toronto Real Estate Board reported that the median sale price for a Toronto condo was $270,000.

For a more comprehensive set of Toronto property listings, search the MLS Canada site.
